Refund policy

Please choose carefully before you buy as we do not offer change of mind refunds due to the consumable nature of some products. Please be reminded that all products by Brentwood Collective are handmade, do not come from a production line and are made from natural materials which may vary in size, colour and shape. 

For faulty products, we offer a 14 day replacement warranty, from the date you receive your product. We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of our products, however as we strongly value customer service, we will always happily work towards a resolution if any issues arise.

If your product is deemed to be faulty, it may be replaced with an identical product. If we cannot replace the product, we may offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.

Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders, unless otherwise noted. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, without fee, within 5 working days from the date we receive the returned faulty product.
